I have a friend who is a monk and he's trained me and taught me lots of helpful prayers and affirmations to tell myself and I wondered if maybe they would help you? I've written out the ones that have helped me most!

[Attached are a few of the prayers that Kuko has taught him to tell himself if he ever feels sad or anxious or needs strength. Jyushi always finds them helpful and he thinks they might be helpful.

Hopefully Doppo opens it soon because he'll find three small fittonia plants of various shades tucked inside the nondescript white gift bag. Supposedly they're easy to care for with attractive results. The card inside is simply monogramed with his initials and Happy Birthday written neatly across the back.]
